Services

We recognise that international recruitment can be a difficult and an experience with various barriers, including administrative complexity and cost, together with issues around pastoral support, housing and travel.

There are normally more than 2 companies between actual source of qualified overseas nurses and the actual employer in UK resulting in a rather unnecessarily long winded and not so cost-effective recruitment process. At Curelity, there are no ‘middle man’ between our clients and their candidates. We are the first and last point of contact for both our clients and candidates which significantly improves the quality of recruitment process.

We at Curelity with our deeper understanding of the system together with our access to a diverse set of global talent pool are able to help the health care providers overcome these barriers, whilst upholding an ethical approach.

Curelity believes in the inclusion and diversity at work. In line with this, we have developed valuable relationship with credible recruitment companies in various parts of the world to source our doctors & nurses, this includes but not limited to: Philippines, India, Middle East, & Malaysia.

Curelity is gearing up for 5-step international staffing solutions process,
Identifying the right candidates
Immigration
Relocation
Training & development
Post employment support (pastoral care)

  • Induction both at the origin and at destination
  • Health checks
  • Flight bookings
  • Meeting on arrival at airport
  • Work with clients to ensure an effective mentoring and support given.

Training & development

We recognise that professional support is important across an employee’s whole career and that it should be based on the individual’s preferences and career aspirations. This is why we work with our clients to draft clear training and development plan for all candidates.

The international nurses will have access to the same learning and development opportunities and support for career progression as local workforce.

Post employment care

We believe it is important for international nurses to feel supported and confident when visiting patients themselves, and this is the reason we ensure the pastoral care is tailored to support the nurses with vulnerability, violence and safety at work.

Our pastoral self-assessment checklist is prepared with emphasis on nursing associations and local communities, local transport and a tour of the local area.

The changing geography, landscape, patient demographics and population profile across a large area are important considerations to ensure new arrivals expectations are aligned with reality.
